MILIN KAMAK JSC has implemented a panel technology for production of prefabricated houses that responds to up-to-date standards for energy saving construction and gains crucial advantages over the monolithic one. We use natural, ecological materials:

- Plaster fiberboard - KNAUF - Wooden tree layered joinery MILIN KAMAK
- Plaster pasteboard – RIGIPS - Aluminum joinery with thermo work – ЕТЕМ
- OSB – KRONOSPAN - Roof coverage ОNDULIN
- Mineral wool – FIBRAN - Roof sand-polymeric tiles –

- PVC joinery – REHAU

- High quality softwood from Rodopi mountain obtained as a result of restorative cutting, impregnated with products of BASF. They are fire-proof, protected against insects and provide excellent insulation (heat exchange, moisture, steam, noise).

Heat Exchange Factor = 0,088W/m2 Margin in decibel levels Eb =-55Db.

     The main part of the production works are to be executed in the company’s workshops (a fact that reduces risk additionally). The ready “sandwich” type panels for one-storey house are to be assembled on preliminarily-made concrete foundation and set a stable, integrated construction. The two-storey houses are to be erected on concrete foundation, columns and plate among the storey's /they are lighter in comparison with the monolithic one and require less materials/. As the first storey is coated with the prefabricated elements and the second is entirely erected of prefabricated elements.

For example: a one-storey house with living area of 70 sk. m. is to be produced in the workshops within 30 days and erected on the foundation within 8 days. /p>

Once ready the house cannot be dismounted. It can be destroyed and after that a part of the materials can be used in a future new building.

As well as the monolithic construction, the prefabricated houses construction is obeyed to State Territory Development Act and all regulations connected with it.

Terrain in regulation.

In the events of not regulated terrains should specific low requirements to be observed.

A plan of the terrain issued by the Municipality or the Agency of National Land Register and a plan of the terrain with engineering permission issued by the municipality.

The engineering includes: vertical tracing of the terrain; architectural design; building construction design; electro-installation design; water-supply and canalization design; heating and ventilation design, etc.

The last formal stage is the declaring of the ready object in front of the authorities.
